Items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service, and are guaranteed to arrive within 3-7 business days, if not sooner. (Excluding remote locations.)
If you live in the Vancouver area, you may also choose to save on shipping and pick up your order in North Vancouver.

Flat Rate Shipping to the US on all orders – $15.00
*We know that no one likes to pay for shipping. We hear ya! But man, Canada Post is expensive! Yaya Baby’s shipping fees are less than the actual shipping charges. It costs us between $8 and $20 to ship most packages, so the $6.95 shipping only covers a portion of that actual charge. We are not making money off shipping. Pinky swear.
*Shipping to remote locations within Canada may require extra charges beyond our flat rates. We will contact you prior to shipping your parcel to approve any additional charges.
*Lettermail – Lettermail shipping is intended for very thin, light items, weighing less than 300g AND under 2cm tall. (Eg: One Apple Cheeks Cover or one insert). **Please contact us prior to placing your order to make sure that your purchase qualifies for lettermail shipping.** Note: Lettermail shipping with Canada Post does NOT include any tracking or insurnace, so Yaya Baby will not be held responsible for any parcels gone astray! If you require a tracking number or insurance, please select the standard flate rate shipping for your province.
If you would like to return or exchange your items, please email us within 15 days of receiving your order at email@example.com or call 1-778-340-4546. Please do not send items back without contacting the store first. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Yaya Baby at their own expense.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of your purchase, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the return amount. If you paid the flat rate shipping fee, the full item cost will be returned minus the actual shipping charges.
Returned items must be in NEW condition – in original packaging, unwashed, and unworn. If packaging is opened or damaged, or items have been washed or worn, we are unable to accept the merchandise. If you have purchased diapers – we recommend trying ONE diaper on for size before opening all the diapers and washing them.
If you have purchased a set of diapers at a bundle pricing and return only part of that bundle, you will be refunded the cost of your items, minus the single item price per diaper you have kept.
Individual manufacturers handle most warranty issues. Yaya Baby has partnered with many of these companies because of their excellent customer service. Please let Yaya Baby know of any manufacturers defects and we will assist you with your request.
