Hole-In-One Egg Sandwiches / Egg in the Nest / Egg in the Basket… whatever you call it – it’s delicious, easy and fast!
This is one of my favourite childhood recipes that my family called “Egg in the Nest”. My mom used to make the bread cut outs using fun cookie cutter shapes like hearts or doggies. We still make this quite often and it’s a big hit with Levi and Rory. Here’s the recipe from Well Fed Studio Owner and Chef, Ann Marie Rideout, who says this one’s approved by her kiddos as well.
